Future Forum Time and Synchronization

The German Aerospace Centre (DLR) and the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism will bring you together with leading players from industry and science. Participants find out about the economic prospects opened up by future time measurement and synchronisation — in autonomous driving, cloud robotics, imaging radar systems and Industry 4.0.

On October 23, 2024, the event “Future Forum Time and Synchronization — Perspectives for Economy and Security” will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart.

The DLR Institute of Quantum Technologies is developing solutions for future time and clock technologies. Those responsible are looking forward to identifying potential fields of application with interested parties.

Participants can contribute their own ideas and discover new possibilities and visions. The following keynote speeches from research and industry are on the program:

  • Deutsche Telekom Technik: Timing & synchronization in modern communication systems & cloud environments
  • Thales Deutschland: Applications and requirements in the naval sector
